It all started with Trustline, founded in 2018 by two independent chauffeurs who wanted to offer Lyon a reliable, punctual and discreet chauffeur service. Over the years and our customers’ requests, new needs emerged: fixed-price transfers for the general public from Lyon, a local service in Villefranche-sur-Saône and the Beaujolais, and then the option of organising journeys in other French cities.

Rather than mixing everything together, we brought these activities together within La Conciergerie I Carré, with a specialised brand for each use. Our head office is in Jassans-Riottier, in the Ain, just across from Villefranche-sur-Saône, about thirty minutes from Lyon.

Passenger transport is a regulated activity. We operate under two official authorisations, whose numbers appear on all our websites.

Transfert-Lyon : transfers from Lyon and the surrounding area, with fixed prices displayed.
Trustline : premium chauffeur service, VIP meet and greet, events and international clients.
VSS-Cab : the local service for Villefranche-sur-Saône and the Beaujolais.

Whatever the brand, the same company takes your payment, issues your invoice and is responsible for your journey.
